My New Year’s Resolutions

It’s that time of the year when we start making our new year’s resolutions.

2018 was a good one honestly. I made some very good personal life changing decisions and also made silly mistakes as well.

I have no idea what next year will bring. And in as much i have laid down new goals for the forth coming year, I admit that I am scared of all the uncertainties and the “what ifs?”.

I don’t have my life figured out yet and I think I never will. But I am determined to enjoy and learn from every phase I find myself.

I live with no regrets whatsoever, if I have one opportunity to time travel and change anything, I probably wouldnt use it.

In anticipation of the new year I have made a little list of my new year’s resolution.

1. Save more money.

2. Eat healthy.

3. Be more polite.

4. Learn to listen in order to understand and not necessarily reply.

5. Read 100 new books.

6. Go on road trips.

7. Be fluent in two foreign languages.

8. Have more solo picnics.

9. Sleep for more hours.

10. Do one thing at a time.

11. Work on my concentration and improve my mental skills.

12. Learn to let go of the things I can’t control.

Most importantly for me is *no. 10*

Feel free to tell me any of your new year’s resolutions in the comment section.

Let me be the first to wish you a happy New year!!!

  1. Me wondering how you’ll read 2 new books every week, sleep for more hours, have time to learn 2 foreign languages while also doing only one thing at a time.
