Twitter Stories 9

Hello guys!

As some of my consistent readers already know, Sundays are solely for twitter stories. Feel free to check out previous episodes if this is your first time here.

That being said, I want to to welcome you to today’s episode on ‘not-minding-my-business’ and ‘toxic masculinity’. So, as usual, I was surfing the internet and going through my twitter timeline when I stumbled on this tweet.

For those who don’t know, AAA stands for American Automobile Association. They provide services to its members, including roadside assistance and others.

I found this tweet very interesting and curiosity made me plunge into the replies and comments.

Some people expressed their disappointment in men who couldn’t change their car tyres.

Some others, decided to give plausible reasons why a man would actually use a service he paid for.

But, a bulk of the comments were largely sarcastic and had me reeling with laughter.

All in all, only one person spoke my mind.👇

What is really the big deal about calling a service company to change your tyres? How is it emasculating?

What do you think guys? Let me know in the comment section.
